Guini Design Studio is the residential design practice of Guini Productions LLC. We draw compact, beautifully proportioned homes in our signature palette of charcoal metal, natural cedar and black-framed glass, from modern barndominiums to A-frame retreats.
Every plan is drawn as a real construction set, not a marketing sketch. Framing is laid out wall by wall, stairs and egress are checked against the IRC, and each set includes electrical, plumbing and a material list for budgeting.
When your project needs more, we can help: MEP upgrades, engineer signatures, Florida High-Velocity Hurricane Zone signed and sealed versions, full permit sets, and fully custom designs.
Plans follow typical 2021 IRC prescriptive practice.
Clear notes on what is and isn't engineered, so there are no surprises at permitting.
