Cheap house plans, on this site, are published stock sets whose base price is $99.99 or less, the same ceiling as the catalog's under-$100 tier. The low price is a smaller, simpler drawing set. It is not a smaller version of a sealed Florida permit set.
Plans listed on this page are published stock sets only. Every stock set is unsealed. A Florida-licensed engineer or architect has to review it for the lot and seal it before a permit. A listing is not an HVHZ approval, not a hurricane rating, and not a promise that a permit will be issued.

Prices are the stock-set price: the PDF price, or the PDF + CAD price when that is the only option. They are not a construction bid, a professional seal, or an HVHZ approval.
What a low price honestly buys
It buys the stock files for one build of that plan: a PDF set, or a PDF plus CAD if you select and pay for the CAD option. The sheets are the construction set described on the plan. They are immediately useful for a builder and a reviewer to look at. They are not stamped, not site-adapted, and not paired with a construction contract.
The approved span of the whole catalog is $49 to $10,999. This page is only the bottom of that span. A plan at $150 or $3,999 is not "cheap" here, even if it is inexpensive compared with a custom architect. Those plans live in their own price tiers.
What people expect and do not get
A cheap plan does not include engineer signatures, a survey, permit fees, or the $3,999 signed-and-sealed upgrade. That upgrade exists for a qualifying high-end GCES CAD set after the CAD purchase. It is not a checkbox on an entry PDF, and buying a $49 set does not reserve it.
MEP sheets are a separate upgrade when the plan offers them, usually $199. If the plan does not list MEP, it is not hidden in the cheap price.

Where the entry plans actually sit
The published plans that usually occupy this band are compact barndominiums and A-frame cabins. They are listed here when the price qualifies, and on those style pages when the style qualifies. A plan can be on both. A Mediterranean courtyard house is not forced onto this page to decorate it.
If you need a Florida-oriented one-story house, filter for that. Do not assume a cheap cabin is the Florida plan because it is affordable. The geometry still has to fit the lot, and a local licensee still has to seal it.
A cheap plan can still be the wrong purchase
The plan fee is small next to a foundation change. If the lot is in a flood zone, in Miami-Dade, or in Broward, spend the time on the site facts before you spend even $49. A stock cabin that a reviewer will not seal is not a bargain. CAD is worth buying when you already know someone will edit the file. PDF is enough when you are still deciding whether the plan fits your life.

Do cheap plans include a Florida engineering stamp?

Are inexpensive plans HVHZ-approved?
No. Etsy Studio and other basic plans are non-HVHZ. They are not certified, approved, or ready for Miami-Dade or Broward as sold.
Is CAD included in the lowest price?
Only if the plan's PDF price is the price you are looking at and you do not also need CAD. CAD is its own option when the plan lists one. The table and the plan page show both when both exist.
Can I build a cheap plan more than once?
The standard license is one build. Multi-build use is a separate request, not part of the low price.
